Helium 10 Guides / Pricing
PRICING CHECKED SEPTEMBER 9, 2026
Helium 10 currently lists Platinum at $129 monthly and Diamond at $359 monthly. Annual billing lowers the displayed monthly equivalents to $99 and $279, but plan limits, advertising fees and the new AI layer matter more than the headline discount.
Helium 10 price comparison
| Plan | Monthly billing | Annual billing equivalent | Best fit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | Testing the interface and limited Chrome Extension access |
| Platinum | $129/month | $99/month ($1,188 billed yearly) | New or smaller sellers who need full research workflows |
| Diamond | $359/month | $279/month ($3,348 billed yearly) | Active brands, teams, advertisers and sellers using AI/operations features |
| Enterprise | Custom | Official page shows a $1,499/month starting price billed annually | Larger brands needing expanded limits, accounts and support |
All figures are USD before applicable taxes. Helium 10 can change plans, bundles and entitlements, so the checkout—not an older blog post—is the final source of price.
What Platinum actually includes
Platinum is positioned for businesses with up to $100,000 in annual sales. Its strongest value is the research layer: Black Box product research, Xray in the Chrome Extension, Cerebro reverse-ASIN research and Magnet seed-keyword discovery. It also includes basic performance tracking, limited profit reporting and Freedom Ticket training.
The most important current restriction is the shared Cerebro and Magnet allowance. Helium 10’s April 2026 entitlement notice says Platinum receives 100 combined uses per billing cycle. Each ASIN entered in Cerebro counts separately. Reopening a result from History does not consume another use, and unused uses do not roll over.
Other visible limits on the current pricing table include 20 tracked ASINs eligible for insights, three Market Tracker markets lifetime, 50 Listing Analyzer uses monthly, 5,000 Follow-Up emails and inventory management for 40 SKUs. These are examples of why buyers should compare their workflow volume rather than assume “full access” means unlimited use.
What Diamond adds
Diamond is currently positioned for businesses with $100,000 to $10 million in yearly sales. It includes the Platinum research base, then adds larger operations limits, long-term keyword trends, full advertising controls and Helium 10’s AI layer.
- Helium Agent: all five specialist agents are available on Diamond and above. Helium 10 says the agent is read-only: it can analyze and recommend but cannot change campaigns, bids or budgets.
- Helium 10 MCP: the pricing page currently describes included capacity up to 1,000 calls, while additional MCP capacity is shown as an add-on starting at $50/month.
- Helium 10 Ads: campaign management, rules, automation, AI tools and dayparting.
- Larger operating limits: the current comparison table shows 1,000 tracked ASINs for insights, five Market Tracker markets, 150 Listing Analyzer uses, 15,000 Follow-Up emails and 500 inventory SKUs.
- Refund service: the pricing table shows a 10% fee on Diamond compared with 15% on Platinum.

The hidden Diamond cost: Helium 10 Ads management fee
Diamond includes full Helium 10 Ads functionality, but “included” does not mean all ad management is free. Helium 10’s August 20, 2026 billing article states that Diamond accounts pay a 2% management fee on aggregate ad spend across every profile set to Managed.
The fee applies to all spend inside a Managed profile, not only campaigns actively changed by Helium 10 automation. There is no minimum spend threshold, and the fee is non-refundable. To avoid the management charge, the official instructions say a profile must be set to Analytics-Only or Disabled before advertising spend occurs.
| Monthly managed ad spend | 2% fee | Diamond subscription + illustrative fee |
|---|---|---|
| $5,000 | $100 | $459 on monthly billing |
| $20,000 | $400 | $759 on monthly billing |
| $50,000 | $1,000 | $1,359 on monthly billing |
These totals are simple illustrations before tax and other add-ons. They show why a PPC-heavy seller should calculate total platform cost, not compare only $359 with $129.
Monthly or annual: which billing term is better?
Annual billing saves $360 per year on Platinum and $960 per year on Diamond at the current list price. That is meaningful only when the plan is already a good operational fit.
- Choose monthly when you are still validating the tool, changing business models or unsure whether the usage limits fit.
- Choose annual when the research and operations workflows are already embedded in the business and the cash commitment is comfortable.
- Before switching, confirm renewal date, coupon behavior and whether an existing annual entitlement changes at renewal.

Which Helium 10 plan should you choose?
| Seller situation | Better starting choice | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Still learning or validating one idea | Free, then Platinum monthly | Avoid a large commitment until research becomes a repeatable task. |
| One or a few private-label products | Platinum | Research tools are the main value; disciplined use can fit the 100-search pool. |
| Active brand with many SKUs | Diamond | Larger tracking, listing, email and inventory limits are more relevant. |
| Team using AI analysis and external agents | Diamond | Helium Agent and included MCP capacity are Diamond features. |
| Seller with meaningful PPC spend | Diamond, after fee calculation | Full Ads tools are available, but Managed profiles add 2% of spend. |
| Agency or large multi-account brand | Enterprise evaluation | Expanded limits, accounts, users and support may matter more than retail pricing. |
